If we have the Sim Int. Soccer League why do we still have the empty Sim Calcio section?

Sim Calcio is for International sides as in Countries
while Sim Int. Soccer is for Clubs

Yup, what Canuck said. Sim Calcio was supposed to be starting up again, but the league host seems to have disappeared.
