Dawkins Empty Dawkins

Hi all, this will be my side journal the City of Dawkin's which will be more of a literal story than say Perthshire which is more a role played nation. Dawkin's is in the fictional country of WetRich and that's really all you need to know lol.

Dawkins was founded by Andrew Dawkins in 1863, but for the sake of my purposes everything will look like it was right out of the 1990's. The city lies on the Doolan river and right now has a population of a little over 600.
