The Simlympic Torch Relay is a huge event taking place in over 20 CJs/MDs all around the SC4 world. The Torch Relay will be at a different city each day for 27 days, climaxing with the beginning of the August Simlympics on August 24th. For more information on the Simlympics, or to sign up to compete, please click here

Starting at the Marceau Bank Stadium(Marceau's Newest Stadium and Home to the Marceau Galaxy of the RVFL as well as 1922 Marceau FC of the RVFA Premiere Division)

The Torch will make it's way up Central Marceau Univ. Avenue then up Evergreen Avenue all the way into downtown passing Marceau Veterans Cementary

Marceau's Invasion Field(2nd Largest Stadium in the Nation)-and straight into the Downtown core

then heading south onto Ste.Catherines Ave. and West on the Outer Loop they'll head into the Marceau Mountain Centre District of Town.

The route will then head down la Montange BLVD. to the Ballpark at MMC where the Torch will be light to "Ignite the Passion within" the flame will burn from Now till the end of the games.

thanks mike yeah I figured everyone was sick of just Laval and Ste.Onge from the State so why not show off the Biggest city in the state and second largest in the Country.(plus the original plan was for the Torch Relay to start in Marceau and end in Laval with teh Simlympics being in Laval)

ok so now onto teh next of Torch relay days

The Simlympic Torch Relay is a huge event taking place in over 20 CJs/MDs all around the SC4 world. The Torch Relay will be at a different city each day for 27 days, climaxing with the beginning of the August Simlympics on August 24th. For more information on the Simlympics, or to sign up to compete, please click here

Now we move into the Nations Capital Rorysville City
Population-4.1 Million(metro area/3.2 million City pop.)
The Relay Starts at the Presidents Palace

from here the relay will cross the 27th Avenue Bridge crossing the Rorysville River heading into downtown then turning east heading up the river twords St.Andrew's
Heading back into downtown from St.Andrew's down Constitution Ave. it will pass the New Rhodesian Embassy

Entering Downtown the Relay will travel into the State Loop and continue twords Celtic Park

The Relay will head onto Celtic BLVD/Capital Street passing Celtic Field(Home of the RV Claymores(RVFL),RV Celtic(RVFA Premiere) also the Largest Stadium in the Nation)

From Celtic Park the Relay will continue down Capital Street heading for the Capital dome and the Capital Pool

The Torch will then ignite the Simlympic Flame in the Capital Pool and will remain lit for the duration of the Games.

The Estimated Crowds for the Relay run were around 600,000 but some estimates have it as high as 1 million people not only lined the streets tehy flocked to the rooftops and Train platforms.

Fantastic Very Happy. The crowds look really good, looks like a load of people came out to see the torch, especially in the last few pics. I also really like the idea of the Simlympic Flames being lit throughout the duration of the games too, really shows the Simlympic spirit in Rorysville.

I hope the president wasn't pissed at the Simlympic rings being painted on outside his palace Razz.

actually the Military Confrence is the second oldest of the 4 the Super 8 was establsihed in 1938 while the Military was in 1940

and actually abck in the Early days there were some other confrences and Some Independants till 1972

the Military Confrence was also onlly 7 teams till 1999 then it became a 2 division 12 team confrence.

lol well thats what you get for not actually reading what I typed

anyways just for fun here's what can be expected this season in Arenas all over the country multiple events and conversions
Celtic Arena and National Arena host close to 400 events a year
Le Colisee in Marceau Hosts 375 events a year

and what happens when you have Basketball and Hockey as well as Concerts,Rodeo's etc... well
Arena Conversion 1

Arena Conversion 2

4 Events in 6 Days

and with the STHL's River Otters and the SBL's Grizzlies River City's Canavision Centre will get to do conversions Rorysville's Eastern RV Convocation Centre will still see conversions even after the Frostbite open up their new Rink(oppps did I leak out info about the Defendig Champions)
