Important Simlympics Rule Change Regarding Dependencies/Secondary Nations Empty Important Simlympics Rule Change Regarding Dependencies/Secondary Nations

After a short but thoughtful debate, the ISC has voted to limit each player to only one participating nation in each Simlympics games. This means that those of us who have entered two more countries in the games will need to pick one primary nation to compete. The ISC felt that this change is needed to make the games fair for all players. This change is effective immediately, and is reflected in the current list of competing nations.

For those of you that are disappointed by this change, please know that we understand this concern. My dependency, the Nalsa Islands, has really had a good run in the Simlympics and part of me is sad that Nalsa Islands will no longer compete as a stand-alone team. But now my Nalsa Islanders will just have to compete under the Ainkienian flag.

"See" you all in Leah and good luck!

This was a tough decision for us to take, but we feel it's for the best. Dependencies were originally a great idea, and initially they worked fantastically. However, we've noticed a couple of issues developing recently... and the only fair way to solve this is to remove dependencies all together. It sucks, but it's fairer.

I understand, considering I have 3 nations to take care.

In case the ISC didn't know, please remove Rafforsia and replace it with Fornax Republic.

Aranho - we've noted the change; also that it's Fornax rather than Fornax Republic, per one of your other posts today.
