Hello everyone.
I hosted an XV Summer Simlympic.
Bid cities are in Siam,Thailand.

Slogan : The victory is one of friendship.
Stadium in a match that follows.


And the most special.
1. If the selected winner of this host. To expand the competition. Close to the city.
2. If you win the selection of this host. Opening Ceremony. And the closing ceremony of the competition. Will be another special time.

Yes you can. A city with a real-life country name hosted the II Simlympics in 2006, if I remember right.

and whats wrong with paint? A lot of people use it.... Thats one of the better products coming from paint I've seen

I would definitely recommend finding another program other than paint, GIMP is a good free program that a lot of people use around here. Also from the look of your city it seems you are fairly new to SC4. Maybe take a year before bidding and work on your skills, I'm sure you'll improve quite a lot

Actually, I play Simcity 4 for a long time, but just to play again recently.

But yes as max said at this point in Simlympic history you aren't going to win without custom content. Simtropolis and SC4 Devotion are very good places to start

Now more related:

It seems a bit repetitive and wasteland-ish, and the logo could really use a lot of work. Try filling out the development and using more variation.

I wouldn't suggest bidding for the Simlympics until you're completely ready, and maybe something like a torch relay leg or a ISC session would be a better starting point.

also to echo 2b2gbi you really need to work a bit more on the city I don't think it's ready yet but more will be seen so let's see

I'm okay with paint, but do a better job.
