Tokyo's Bid for the August Simlympics!

3 months of discussing being the host of the simlympics, the Mayor, Governer, and the People of Japan have decided to place a bid for Tokyo, To host the August simlympics!The MAyor has chosen an undeveloped area of land to be the location of "Simlympic Park." The people of Tokyo have already Compleated The Simympic park. We are now Deciding on how the area would cope with the millions of people crowding the streets to watch the event.

Tokyo has almost Tripled in size scince compleation of Simlympic park. Along with that, Tokyo International Airport has Compleated 2 months before Compleation Date.

UPTDATE UPDATE UPDATE:

A 9.8 Earthquake somwhere around mt fiji generated a tsunami around 60 meters high that sruck the west bay of tokyo, Japan. Much of the city was damaged due to the low lying area, including SIMLYMPIC PARK. we are cancelling the bid due to the tsunami.

Oh~ it's a nice city~ but i think this city seems to be built for Simlympics~
cause looks like the downtown is surrounding the park.
and one more question, i see there's an airport near downtown, but how do you expect the aircraft flying through those high density skycrapers to land and take off? That's mean the pilot have to pull up in a quite sharp angle once the aircraft taking off which the aircraft might stall very easily?
Your airport seems much more dangerous than Heathrow...and i see you built a new airport far from town, so how about you redevelop the old airport? Because it's too dangerous...
