Suggestion

Hey, I got a new laptop and put sim city on it and put my CJ and country Perthshire on the back burner in favor of using basic Maxis created stuff to build a city, no cheats none of that and I have to say as much fun as building high realistic cities with tons of plugins building just some of the basic stuff is really refreshing.

It's amazing how different the SC4 experience is when playing it as a 'game' versus playing it as city building simulator. I personally prefer the second as I'm a bit of a perfectionist, but the first is fun too.

i have a suggestion for another tournament that can be done yearly

Maybe a song contest where people post one of there favourite songs.(the limit amount of song shouldnt exceed 20)

Then people vote for the songs they like .The 2 with the least votes in a week are then eliminated until there is two song.

Cities can bid to host it each year.They would probaly require 2 entertainment centers and a population of 50 000 or bigger, this is my suggestion.

Yes, AIN and COFR have a similar song contest but in a Eurovision format.

If we have an All-Unionvision Song Contest, I think it will be awesome.

I'm 'For' the idea.

It would be nice, but COFR nations will vote for COFR nations, AIN nations for AIN nations and so on with the other unions. It's the same problem Eurovision has.

I did actually plan to do one a couple years a go. Made a logo and a teaser sig (Some of you may remember it). Ran out of time though. I planned to do some things which no-one else was then doing, but all the features are now common place.

I personally wouldn't want to do an existing event unless we could add something special to it. Having said that, I'd perhaps be open to someone else running a Eurovision type event here on SimSports.

not to mention the fact that we'd get boared if we have a song contest ever month and a half or something...

we mean every year a city hosts the contest

but dont worry its probaly not a good idea to have one on simsports
