COFR has come to an end.

Hey all,

Due to circumstances surrounding low activity and depleting numbers of members the Confederacy of Free Regions has decided to call it. Many of the existing members have moved to another union and I have a brief list for the benefit of ISC members relocating nations into the right union.

Its too bad, this was once a strong union.

Yup, I was shocked when I heard COFR broke up. But I guess its for the good
