BMX added to the Simlympics

I apologise for leaving this rather last minute (The ISC were voting on whether to expand the events list).

We've expanded the events list (See the new one here). Most of the new events are just expansions to existing sports, so more categories of boxing for instance - so it won't affect your bid. However, there is one new brand new sport which requires a separate venue - BMX. The ISC suggests either a 'natural', dirt track. Or a man made, skateboarding style track. Either would be acceptable.

Due to the last minute nature of this addition, not having a venue won't be held against you when it comes to bidding. But it would be nice to see bidders accommodate this new event into their bids.
