Construction on F Line finished

Jorsk, the Ettity mayor, opened the F Line today. A few days ago he opened the E Line, the new line to Rotown (Possible Simlympic Park). This time the new line towards Suth Int'l Airport has been opened. There is now a quick and straight connection with the airport and the city center of Ettity. It will take you aprox. 320 minutes to get from the airport to downtown and 45-50 minutes to get to Rotown Jorsk said. He also released a new subway map wich shows the new stops on the F Line.

Could I suggest extending Line F down from Sterplein to Stadhuis? That way visitors would only require one change to get to the Simlympic Park instead of the current 3.

Where are the construction workers?

The fact that there have been no construction workers in Rotown has been worrying for people that want the Simlympics in Ettity. A few weeks ago you couldn't even speak when sitting in the backyard, due to the terrible noice of construction workers and the construction on stadiums. But since last monday there are only a few construction workers at the sites and almost no crane is working. Some people went to the Ossil Simlympics Committee to ask why. They didn't get an awnser, but we did. The OSC said the following: "Due to financial problems we need to stop construction, probably for a few weeks or months.". So it's most likely that construction will start again in a few weeks, but that's still unsure.

Simlympic bid reconsidered

The Ettity Simlympic Bid has some problems. First of all, Van Dam Bouw (construction) has financial problems and is not able to start construction again for an unkown period. Second, Van Dam Bouw was only building in Rotown, but more venues needed to be constructed before the bid could become reality. Third, more and more citizens and Ossillians are protesting against getting the Simlympics to Ettity. The E Line, espacially built for Rotown (and the Simlympics) is already to bussy on normal weekdays, 'How would that be on a day with the Simlympics?' a citizen said on a press conference. Ettity is now reconsidering the offical bid and thinking of not hosting it or waiting till 2010.
