Rafforian Athletic Team not allowed to return to Rafforsia

With the recent decision by the Rafforian Government to close its border, the Simlympics Athletics Team of Rafforsia are unable to return back to their homeland, Rafforsia.

The whole athletics team will stay in Hiwana until they are given the clearance to return back to Rafforsia.

Rafforsia has closed down its border in a bid to stop the communal pandemic spread of H1N1. There has been over 55 000 H1N1 reported cases in Rafforsia, but the authority has calculated that every citizens of Rafforsia, all 6.8 million, has been affected by the H1N1. The government doesn't wish to spread the H1N1 to other countries, thus closing its border.

The border will be closed on July 20 2009 (Monday) at 5pm Singapore Time. Although the Athletic team could return back to Rafforsia, several member of the team are participating in the Parasimlympics. Therefore, in order to support the Parasimlympics athletics, the whole team have decided to stay back to support them.
