I can't get into Simtropolis Empty I can't get into Simtropolis

I can't get into Simtropolis, whenever i search it and click the link to enter the site it says "No Access" and when i was on earlier today i tried to log into my account anda bubble appeared saying "this account is Banned" or something like that. My login info was correct i triple checked it. But now i can't even get to the site. If your a member of ST, help!!!!!!!!!!! Exclamation affraid

no, all i do is lo on run the STLL, and my cj, comment on other cjs and leagues and everything, but i'm not aware of doing anything wrong. I think they banned my Ip adress too, because now i don't have access to the site at all. What did I do? Because to me running my lacrosse leauge and cj, and replying to others doesn't seem like worth banning. Help!!! I got the webmaster mail before losing total access to the site( the one at the bottom of the pages) and sent an email to dirk. but still i'm not sure what he can do. as now i've been banned with my account and IP adress. I can't even browse as a guest. help!!!!

thanks so much Canuck, i sent an email to dirk so combined we should solve this. I think theey banned my ip adress too i have no access to homepage. I don't know what happened, my only explanation is when they scrolled down the userlist to ban someone they hit me by accident.
But until this is completely solved and i'm allowed on ST again. Neutral Sad Crying or Very sad

ok so heres the deal

your carrier is using a dynamic IP and it just happened to land on a banned IP address. If you retrain your modem it will change the IP and allow you access
