Ok so with all that UFA FAQ's
Q-What if a team doesn't sign anyone and needs their roster filled?
A-The league will fill the roster with the lowest rated players to add depth

Q-What If two teams tie the bid on the same on a player?
A-The player will go to the team with the lowest record from last season

Q-What if we're over the limit?
A-The League will ask the team to cut a player,In the event that a cut isn't made by gameday that team will lose a player off their depth(repeat offenders will lose higer rated Depth players)(in extreme cases the League will allow an Extra player if the team has a player who will miss the entire season or will miss a good chunk of the season,also if a team has multile injuries the League will allow you to have extra players once a player returns a player will need to be cut)

Q-How will the next UFA Period go?
A-Likely the same as this but all teams will again be at 100pts for each of the following UFA periods but limited to no more than 2 signings per period,UFA periods will happen every month throughout the season.Only in emergancy situations will the league allow UFA signings with no points(ie-Season ending Injuries)

Q-Great so when does the Season Start?
A-how about oh I dunno Monday October 6th?when Pawtucket and the Stingers and Paradise Valley and New London open up the season!

Q-so how long is this UFA period?
A-it runs from now unitl Sunday
