The Simlympic Torch Relay is a huge event taking place in cities all
around the SC4 world. The Torch Relay will be at a different city each
day for 20 days, climaxing with the beginning of the 2010 February

Welcome to the Arctic North of Rorysville the Community of Maidia Passage Welcomes you. Maidia Passage has had a great sports history with the Aboriginal College of Ste. Pierre as well as the Ste. Pierre Training grounds for Hockey and the RV Army Northern Defense Forces Base Sports Teams.

The Flame will arrive at the Maidia Passage Rail station where many Soldiers arrived throughout the years on their way to Arctic Training. From there the Flame will travel to the Downtown Core then head through town where it will arrive at the Akkultiuktuk Arena home of Northern Forces Hockey as well as the Ste. Pierre Aboriginal University Hockey Clubs. Outside the Arena a concert and Celebration will be held.

The torch Crosses the Northern Expressway one of 2 Expressways in the State and in the Arctic lands.

After going through town the Torch Arrives at the Akkultiuktuk Arena for a concert and celebration the celebrations are held in daylight as temperatures at night will hit -50C.
