So after staying the the Headquarters overnight, the torch then travelled through the canal system again, travelling to various parts of the city.

One of the first areas to be visited on the second day of the tour was a cruise down King Leopold Canal, the largest canal in the city and also its former lifeline. It also forms as the border between the contemporary Central Business District and the historic residential quarters.

After visiting King Leopold Canal the torch once again went on a tour through the city taking in the various sites of varying areas such as sports and the arts.

As the torch made its way back to the airport, night fell and the crowds(time for imaginations) gathered for the fireworks extravaganza!
