SIMLYMPIC GAMES DAY 9

good afternoon friends of the games. let's see today's results.





























Now we ll go to the east side of the city for the Mountain-Biking. This motorway is one of the great projects made for the Simlympic games. It passes through the south city, and most of its part is underground. It meets the surface 8 times and serves almost 2 million vehicles every day. It cost the half budget of the games.






















now we ll go to south east city where the center of the Greek culture is located. it is a complex of museums, library, opera house and exhibition hall + parks,stadiums and marina.

Great pics Mitsos, that motorway is quite a feat of engineering! Mountain Biking track is stunning too, especially in the second shot. Oh, and I like the idea of the Simlympic Museum - good job!

thanks slacker. Actually i took this idea from Boston’s big dig, which is also will be seen in Athens in few years. In reality this project cost about 40 billion $. And believe it or not it worked for Penthesili. The commute time reduced.

I ended up doing a similar Idea too For Rorysville City I ended up running a new Highway underground and almost instantly it dropped commute times and congestion on the major highway

oh and GOLD RORYSVILLE GOLD!

Great work Mitsos, the sailing harbour is my favourite. Although silver in the mountain biking makes me think the mountain bike course is better

thanks paroch and knarfmo. I like the harbor too and everything i made today . I like most the museum. Though it is mine I think that is cool. I can’t say the same thing for the mountain bike course. It could be better. But I that was the first attembt ever, so I hope to see nicer courses in the future.

Oh my god! Your mountain course and city is absolutely stunning! Where'd you get your mountain trees and flora? I've been seraching everywhere for it. But other than that im speechless again. And congrats to everyone. Seems like Petrova is doing a poor job i guess ill have a talk with the Petrovan ministry of athletics.

thank you Petrovan Ambassador you are really kind. i got the flora pack from the stex. I don’t think that anyone playing that game is doing poor job. I consider us as something very special. This because we are here, talking about Olympics, architecture and many other very interesting things. Go to general discussion on Penthesili thread to see my very first Olympic park.
