New Chandler, Roseburgh, and Winchester, New Chandler - Volleyball Qualifications [mens][womens]

Some knowledge of the venues....

Under the lights of the CBD of New Chandler is the New Chandler CityDome near Bloomingdale Parkway, and the New Chandler Airways (NCA) Center near Ardea Avenue.
Three miles away from the CBD on the other side of the Western River is the International Arena, built near International Park. This arena also substitutes as the main stage for the block party next Tuesday.
Up La Brea Avenue about twenty miles in beautiful Purple Park (Parque Morada) is Purple Velodrome. In the middle of the cycling track is a volleyball court.
Finally, across the 612 and down Young Avenue lies the beautiful Winchester Garden, in the heart of the Winchester Financial District.

Aww..our men's team was so close! At least I have women going to Chihiro!

Men's team lost third round, first round lost for the women's team!

I read the qualifying rounds for Sarnia first and got really disappointed, but I'm happy to be in the right thread now!

Btw, this may be a "noob" question, but how does a country automatically qualify?
