Kingston & Boyce - Bid for 19th ISC Session

It was about time.
On Saturday Evening at 09.30pm local time, His Highness The King of the United Kingdom of Kingston and Boyce, King Otto I, The High Lord of Kingston, and his wife Queen Eva IV, Duchess of Boyce, gathered the media at the Royal Palace to spread the following news:
The United Kingdom of Kingston and Boyce will apply to host the 19th ISC Session to determinate the host of the IV. Winter Simlympiad.
Following this short statement by the King, Queen Eva IV unveiled the logo for the Session.
Following the motto 'Come and see to believe', The ISC session will be held in the Royal Palace of Kingston.
The King and his Wife hope to end up hosting the 19th ISC.
However, they both wished all participating nations best of luck for the upcoming decision.
