Road to Das'gotn | Men's Baseball | Rorysville

Welcome to the Shores of Rorysville!
The Road to Das'gotn starts here in Rorysville for Baseball. On the Road to Das'gotn we will stop in 4 cities(RV City,Sherbrooke,Val D'Or, and Crystal Lake)

Round 1-Held May 30th and 31st

Crystal Lake-Home to the Crystal Lake Hornets(RBL AA) as well as the Marine Corps Air Station Travel Team. The Stadium is right across the River from Crystal Lake Marine Corps Air Station.

Val D'Or-The Forum at VDO State- is home to the VDO State University Thunder Football Team. The Forum was also home to the Val D'Or Mets(RBL) from 1946-1972 and 2004-2005. The Stadium will be configured for baseball as it was in it's history with a short porch in right.





For the 8 Automatic Qualifiers We have the RV Invitational which will put all 8 teams up against each other in double header action on 2 days and a single header exhibition against one of 8 University baseball teams for 5 warm up games to Das'gotn.

Val D'Or Venues

Bridge City Insurance Field-Home to the Val D'Or Mets of the RBL. BCI Field was built in 2006 and has served as the Launching pad for Marcus Worboys as he has hit 61,53,58,59 Home Runs per season(27 at the moment fro 2012).

The Diamond at VDO State-Home to the Val D'Or State University Thunder Baseball team. Located on the edge of the VDO Campus.

RV City Venues

Bank of RV Stadium-Bank of RV Stadium was built in 2010 for the expansion Southern Rorysville Skyliners. BoRVS is part of a trend in new stadiums in RV to have a retractable roof. The Stadium has also hosted an RV Bowl game(RV College Football National Championship Playoffs) as well teh Stadium will host Roger Waters "The Wall Live" when it stops in RV City.

The Ballpark at Harbourfront Village-The Ballpark at HFV is home to the Rorysville Railcats of the SLB. The Stadium has hosted the SLB all star game as well as Concerts and Simlympic Qualifications in the past. It's location on Pier I of HFV adds to the entertainment on Pier I. Also making it a premier venue on the waterfront at the Mouth of the George River.

Today all 8 teams will play a University from the RV Collegiate Baseball Association(DIV I Schools only). Teams selected for the most part are not in the RCBA Playoffs(Bayshore,RV Air Force and Marceau Air Guard are in the playoffs however and appear out of respect for the Simlympic Spirit)

With that the RVI Closes as all 8 teams have played 5 warm up games on the road to Das'gotn

Twin Cities Diamond-Home to the Sherbrooke Cardinals of the RBL. This stadium was built in 1988 and has been renovated numerous times it is a great place to see a game and it is located nicely on the edge of a great neighborhood making it a community within a community.

The Ballpark at HFV-RVC's premiere Ballpark right on the waterfront. and steps away from the Pier I Amusement Park.

I just use a random number generator to get three scores in a range and average out to get the results only RV really got a big bonus of 5 numbers as they are at home. It has zero impact on your performance in the actual games and has only to do with that fact that you auto qualified.
