22nd ISC Session | Anedau, Llithustania

The delegates of the ISC had touched down at the Anedau Metropolitan International Airport at approximately 1:30 in the morning. Private drivers were at the ready outside of the airport, waiting for the delegates to exit the arrivals terminal. Though chilly, the delegates took a trip out of the airport and heading west towards the ISC host city of Anedau.



On their way to the hotel which would accommodate them for the following hours before the ISC session commences, they pass by an Anedau City landmark, the Marriene Cathedral, the city's oldest catholic church.



They continue to navigate their way to the hotel and pass through the city's more narrow streets, along popular shops and cafe's which a favored amongst international tourists.



The delegates of the ISC finally arrive at the hotel which will accommodate them for their remaining stay in Anedau City; The Waterfront Tower.


Welcome ISC delegates, your rooms are all located on the top penthouse floors. These will be your rooms for your remaining stay in Anedau. An information kiosk is located down at our lobby and dining hall is located on the second floor. The staff of the Waterfront sincerely welcome you and hope you enjoy your stay.



Daybreak comes, and the delegates are getting prepared for a long decision making process taking place throughout the day. The Samaritaine Convention Center is not a long way away from this hotel, only mere walking distance down the road. Limo's will still be taking the delegates to the Samaritaine to ensure their safety as there are some concerns currently flying around.



The 22nd ISC commences as the Samaritaine buzzes with life, with the next host of the Winter Simlympics being decided as we speak.

"Delegates of the ISC, Ladies and gentlemen, please prepare for the Litusian National Anthem and words from Litusian political leaders before
the ISC session is fully underway."

A Speech presented by the President of the ISC:

First of all, thank you to our gracious hosts here in Anedau for holding the 22nd ISC Session. You've done a fantastic job and, despite the temperature, the ISC have thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

The ISC have completed the arduous task of evaluating the three bids presented to us, and was very impressed by the quality of each of them. We congratulate all of the bidders for the Fifth Winter Simlympiad, on a job well done, and for making our job especially difficult. We know how much work is put into bidding and greatly appreciate the effort. We hope you gained from the experience and enjoyed bidding, even though there can only be one winner from many great bids.

However, we have reached a decision, and it is my eternal pleasure in announcing that the Games of the Fifth Winter Simlympiad will be held in the city of....

I'd also like to take this opportunity to recognise the unsuccessful bidders. I can only imagine how hard it must be to come this close to hosting the games, but please don't be too downhearted - we encourage you to work to improve your cities and to bid again in the future.
