11th ISC Session | Ordona, Petrova | Host of the 10th Simlympics announced
Narrator: Tonight, 7 cities from all over the simworld have bid to host the most prestigious sporting event of the summer: the 2009 July Simlympics. By the end of tonight, only one will bring home the honor of hosting the games. Also, the union headquarters will be announced tonight. The 11th ISC Session in the beautiful Ordona, starts right now! Here are your hosts for tonight's event: Vanessa Minnillo and Mario Lopez!
Mario: Good evening, everyone! It is currently 11 pm here in the jam-packed Performing Arts Theater at the nation's hotspot: the Neyorka Ordon Hotel & Casino Resort.
There are about 900 persons in our live audience tonight and at the stage are the ISC Members themselves! Let's welcome them:
President of the International Simlympic Committee, President Slacker!(applause)
Famous for the SIIHF, Canuck!
Our Nova Scotian representative, Monseur Max Cormier!
From the beautiful New Zealand, Joe!
Representing Toronto, Kitsune!
From Missouri its knarfmo!
The respected, Kumba!
Bringing one of the most stunning games ever, Mitsos!
Our famous relay director, patfirefghtr!
The Prime Minister of Petrova, Peter!
And the lovely Cofr chancellor, Mike!
Mario: Whoa, where is my co-host???
*LCD Screens Turn on and zoom in.
Vanessa: Here I am Mario! Hi guys! It's me, Vanessa Minnillo and I am live at the crowded and hyped up Grande Amphitheater here at International Village, Chihiro. Hundreds of people are watching the action of the session. Let's ask a couple of people what they think so far!
Vanessa: Hi there, umm so what made you watch the session?
Person 1: Well, I am definitely routing for my bid, but Im not telling you, its a secret! But definitely, I already have my favorite city. Hope they win!
Vanessa: Thanks! Ok, let's talk to this person.....Hiya! Why are you here?
Person 2: Definitely an important event for the nation. We are hosting a high profile international-level event so I'm just here to support it! Go Simlmypics! And good luck to all the bidders!
Vanessa: Thank you. And hosting the ISC Session is definitely an important point in this country. It will ultimately help the King decide whether the country will bid for the October games. Oooo, let's talk to this man over here! Hey, what made you come watch the session?
Person 3: WOooooOO!!! Free beer and hot wings dude!
Vanessa: Uhhh.... I think you're at the wrong place sir.......Nevermind that. Well, I'm sure you guys are wondering what the ISC members did in Ordona, right? Well let's find out!
*LCD Screens turn on again and shows presentation.
Mario: Upon arriving at the Chihiro International Airport, our ISC Members recieved a royal welcome. They were warmly greeted by the thousands of people in the crowded streets of the airport.
After arriving at their luxurious suites at the Neyorka Ordon, the members got to explore why people love Ordona. For starters, they noticed that the streets are crowded with people hyped up about the session. You could hear the people routing for their respective bidders.
Then, the ISC got to see a sneak peak at the possible October Games this country hopes to do. It was a truly stunning sight and if I'm not mistaken, a few of the members got teary-eyed at the sight of the park.(audience laughs) Once again, there were huge crowds in the park.
*Vanessa enters the stage and audience applauses.
Vanessa: Hey guys! Ok, so I really love this park. According to the King, this park was a mix of London's Olympic Park along with the King's Plan. But he said that not to worry, this is not the finished park. And if look closely, some of the stadiums are closed to the public as they could be temporary or just placeholders for something even better!
The ISC then went on to the Ordona Square, where again, they were warmly greeted by the crowds. They explored the Parq d'Importancia where they saw statues of famous and not-so famous people throughout history such as George Washington, Queen Elizabeth, Kim Jung-Il, Hitler, Stalin, Saddam Hussein, Alexander the Great, President Slacker, Jacques Rogge, Yao Ming, Micheal Phelps, Carrie Prejean, Beyonce, Blink-180, White-Tie Affair, Usain Bolt, George Clooney, Barack Obama, Chuck Norris, Sarah Palin and about 400 more statues. Every year, two new statues are added to the park.
Mario: Ok, so I'm right now backstage interviewing a couple of the bid representers. Hi there, do you think your country's bid has what it takes to make it to the first cut?
Representative 1: I don't know Mario. It's gunna be one hell of a job for the ISC. All of these bids are strong and but I think has what it takes, so definitely!
Mario: Thank you for your comment. Ok, now let's ask this lady from another bid team. Hello there, how much work did you guys put into this bid?
Representative 2: Wow, its really a lot of work. Its just dissapointing knowing tonight, six bidding countries will go home empty-handed.
Mario: I agree. Vanessa, mind telling us how we can fix this problem, well for this session, atleast?
Vanessa: Hi guys, I am right now here in front of the stage with the King of Petrova himself, King Matthias!(applause)
King: Komost everyone. You know, I feel for those who will come home without anything. And so, for this special ISC Session, I will give those 6 bidding committee 1 million dollars and free two week vacation here! Because everyone deserves to win. And of course, the host of the session will be awarded 1 million dollars as well!
Vanessa: Wow your highness! Can I get a free shopping spree since I'm hosting???
King: Uh don't push your luck Vanessa. (audience laughs)
Mario: Anyways, thank you your highness. I'm sure this took off some pressure from the bidding teams. Well, its now time to go to our first part of the session: the Simlympic HQ Competition.
Vanessa: That's right Mario. Let's now meet our contestants:
Mario: Later on the evening, the winners of the HQ will be announced. Now, let's go the main part of the session: the bids for the summer games.(applause)
Up until this point, 7 bidders from all over the world have put everything on the table, now only one will take it all. Let's now have a one last look at the bids before the judges select the winner. Starting with.....
Vanessa: Who's going to win? I can't wait! In just a matter of hours, one of these candidate cities are on a road to hopefully the best simlympics ever! Well, this concludes the ISC Presentation Show. From Ordona, this is Vanessa Minnillo and Mario Lopez, and don't forget to stay tuned!

Re: 11th ISC Session | Ordona, Petrova | Host of the 10th Simlympics announced
I'd like to start by thanking the fabulous Ordona for hosting our ISC Session tonight. I know I speak for all of the ISC when I say we've had a very enjoyable time here. So thank you for hosting this wonderful Session.
The 11th ISC Session was a unique one, the first time we ever voted for something else in addition to the host of the games; namely the location of our regional HQs. The idea of regional HQs were suggested by the Simlympics community and it was something a request we were only too happy to oblige. Regional HQs allow more nations to have a taste of the Simlympic magic which was previously only open to hosts. I'd like to thank all of you which bided for a regional HQ, it was a hard decision for us to make. We will be having competitions for the unfilled HQs in the future.
Now, onto the main event; the host of the 10th Simlympics, taking place in July. The response during this bidding session has been fantastic with 7 fantastic bids throwing their hat in the ring to host the world's biggest Sim City sporting event. The number of bids wasn't the only surprise to us, the quality of the bids blew us away as well. I can quite honestly say I'd be more than happy for all of the bidders to host a Simlympics, hence why our task tonight was particularly hard. We spent over an hour discussing the bids, debating the positives and negatives of each to help us better form an opinion of them. In the end however, we had to vote. To give you an idea of just how tight it was, I still wasn't sure who to vote for once I said 'Vote now please' - and I'm not just saying that, it was incredibly hard to decide which bid should host the next games. On that note, I'd like to thank each and every one of you for bidding - you're the lifeblood of the Simlympics, without you we could not have a games. So for that, I thank you.
Now, it is my pleasure to announce that the games of the 10th Simlympiad will be hosted by the city of....

Congratulations Hinawa!!!!
We all look forward to an incredible Simlympics, hosted by an incredible city .
Again, thank you to all the bidders and I hope that you decide to bid again in the future.
Thanks again to Ordona, and good night!
