August Simlympics
for those of us not on the committee tell us who your favorites are, keep it clean as to not offend any one.

Re: August Simlympics
Personally I see the top four being
Laval-La Victore
Alameda
Port Mathew
Penthisili
each has something small to work on and none stands out from the rest at this point.
Kitchner is my dark horse in the event and I think could be a potential surprise
Monash is also a dark horse here and is very capable of knocking one of the top guns out I just havnt seen enough of this city to make any sort of call

Re: August Simlympics
Interesting topic, I'm really looking forward to seeing who wins the bidding this time round as there is no clear front runner and all the bids have the capability to win.

Re: August Simlympics
Port Mathews and Alameda have stepped it up and in my mind are the two clear leaders right now. Laval La Victore.... well sort of a bias opinion I dont like France sorry....
Penthisili also doing good but right now Port Mathews and Alameda have separated into a league of there own.

Re: August Simlympics
Laval isn't in france just so you know...It's in Rorysville which is in the Northern Pacific(Much like Canada,Rorysville has a French settled state)
Re: August Simlympics
ok, well its still socialist crazy... and Im not a socialist by any meens... any way....
Laval La Victore stepped it up,
Personaly speaking I would love to see Port Mathews, more of the underdog, win the nomination. Laval La Victore and Alameda have really been the well followed ones but I like Port Mathews, so even though my vote counts for dit squat on the ISC Im routing for Port Mathews

Re: August Simlympics
fair enough each has their own favorites I like Port Matthew as well being as it's one of the STHL Cities in the Bid process.
Socialist Crazy? well maybe Marceau as a State but thats only one outta 12(ok so Aubin State is as well) and it's just Laval the City motto is La victoire par Triomphe la Beauté au-delà de Boundries(which translates to-Victory through Triumph,Beauty Beyond Boundries)

Re: August Simlympics
Come on guys don't quarrel for socialism
I think Mitsos has done a great job with Penthesili, it's great and populous city and have an enormous and well done Simlympic park indeed...when I have seen his bid I have remained really shocked

I want port Mathews to win but honestly I think Laval La Victore will get it they stepped it up big time at the end and it looks great
