Charmonix was founded as the new Novland capital after the civil war earlier this year and ever since it has experienced extreme growth. Now the city government, National Government and the NSC (Novland Simlympic Committee) has decided to help national pride in bidding for a Simlympic games and hopefully hosting. The governments have pledged 10 billion US and another is expected later on.



The city is a work of art with most buildings dating back to the late 18th century. The centerpiece of the city is the newly completed Rorysville center which houses most of the country's government.

The charmonix river system runs threw the center of the city and is surrounded by cafes and shops.
