I am a fan of the off topic conversation and so keeping with this ideology I thought, Hey! Why not ask people their favourite holiday destination? Doesn't matter where.

Mine is the Maldives, but after December probably Madagascar

Generally I like Europe. Last year I‘ve been in Mallorca. Cool place for vacations. And of course Greek islands are amazing.

I like Europe too, although I don't think I've seen enough of the continent to declare a favourite destination. Although I really liked Munich.

Wow, 49 out of 50. I'd love to go to all the different states one day. Which one haven't you been to? Alaska?

I'd love to see Alaska...some day maybe. In anyway, I usually only go to touristy places like Spain and the Canary Islands (and don't like them). I spent a week in Northern Finland in 1999/2000 and loved it (but I was only like 9 so I can't trust my judgement). I kind of liked New York, it was one of them things you just have to see. I really like areas closer to home. I spent a weekend hillwalking in Scotland last year and thought it was one of the most stunning places I've ever been. My real passion is the West of Ireland (just have to get over the accent). From West Cork and Kerry to Clare and Mayo it is a beautiful area Very Happy

I will always have a soft spot for Barwon Heads. A sleepy little beach town nesttled on a sandy river near 2 great ocean beaches. It is on the southern coast of Australia. Went there every year for 17 so far and counting!
