Ventiseri (Grecco: ßεντισέρι; Italian: Vintisari; French: Ventiseri) officially the Principality of Ventiseri (Grecco: 'Πριgιπάτας τςςι ßεντισέρι; Italian: Principato di Vintisari; French: Principaute di Ventiseri), is a small landlocked nation in the southwestern corner of Atlantica Alba. The country is a monarchy, ruled by the Bartenli Family for over 700 years.

The principality is mainly mountainous, however the fertile Ghisoni basin sweeps across the centre of the nation, and this is where most of the 640,000 residents live, aside from the cities of Murka and Zaziuna. The country has one of the world's highest GDP Per Capitas, ranking 9th in the world. The nation also has a rich history with the surrounding countries of Murcia, Movia, Vercelli, and Buesti, and has a unique culture.

Otigia is a city in western Ventiseri, and is located very close to the Movian border. It is located in the primarily french region of Bualamenda (French: Builamende), and is the capital city of this province. The city is the third largest in the nation in both population and area, falling behind Esma and Murka. The city has an extremely close proximity to the Ventisaran city of Esma, and the Movian city of Ottignies, and the three cities share a relationship not unlike that of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. Historically the area was known as Ottignies by the Savoyards, and Otigia is derived from this name.
