The Venues.
For starters, the Simlympics will be played out in several cities in the Imperial Capital District. While exact details have yet to be planned out, the following venues will be used for their respective purposes:
The Country
My country that I am bidding with is the Tirnreich. The Tirnreich is situated on the former tri-border area of Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
The Tirnreich has mostly Germanic origins, but with former Polish and Czech territories in the Tirnreich, it is not the only influence on culture. The capital district's cities are mainly styled after America, however, as the Tirnreich got a fresh start after almost total destruction in WWII.
The population of the Tirnreich, as taken in a 2009 estimate, is 9.4 million.
The Tirnreich is a developing country, and a modern center for economics. Baden Stadt is currently the trading capital of the Tirnreich, with the Stock Exchange being among the glistening high rises.
Lastly, the Tirnreich has been a member of the Alliance of Independent Nations since October of 2009. It is active in several sports leagues both in-union and on SimSports, and participates in almost every union event.
