Ankara 2009 ~ Imagine It Now

The city of Ankara is proud to announce a formal bid for the Simlympics. After a national lottery between four cities of Aeropoli, Ankara won and officials are now working with architects and contractors to plan the Simlympic area in Ankara. Two logos have been created so far, while a third more *cough* custom logo is in the works.

Beach Volleyball Courts and Baseball Stadium.


Ankara Palms Hotel {for residents/spectators/reporters}.


Current Simlympic village.


Equestrian Area still under contruction.

Yeah it is, but it doesn't matter. We've had a Manchester bid and probably some other cities named after some real life locations; no problemo at all.

Nah, I was just seeing how well I remember geography class from 8 years ago, and apparently I remember it well
