Uta 2012 - Mystical destiny | Bid
Uta, the 5th largest city in New Brunton, boasting a population of almost 5 million, is a city where dreams really can come true! This vibrant city is the tropical, sunshine and coastal epicenter of New Brunton. With the Pacific Ocean serving as a picturesque backdrop, here in Uta the beach is the way of life, hotels are being checked into every minute, and gleaming skyscrapers dominate the skyline.

What's expected?
The Simlympics will be taken to new heights, and all of Uta will be your playground, stretching from the beautiful, sandy beaches to the towering rocky mountains. Uta is a city where city meets country, past meets present, and old meets new. Come, lets us show its mystical destiny.

Around the city
Around the city of Uta anything is possible, from the sandy and rocky beaches to the towering buildings. Shopping, eating and entertainment is all in Uta.
Central Beach - The yellow sands and palm trees just say it all, it is one of the finest beaches in Uta.
Rocky Beach - Though it is called a beach, you may not want to swim near the rocks, view the Pacific Ocean and watch the waves hit against the rocks.
Harrison Beach - The largest beach in Uta extends off from the city, surfers come here to enjoy the best waves.
City Centre - The bustling hub of Uta, located around here are the boutiques, restaurants and much more! Access to the city centre is very easy with the Uta Elevated Rail.
The Diamond - A giant ferris wheel that faces the Pacific Ocean, construction of this iconic landmark began in 2000 and was completed in 2004. The Diamond is also the most visited attraction in all of New Brunton.
Uta Cruise Terminal - The home port of many cruise ships owned by Bruntonese International Cruises. Cruise ships dock here every week and sail around New Brunton or even to neighbouring Asian countries including Shushtrepistaz, Okatabawashi and Japan.
Sakura Tower - The shiny tower that was previously known as Golden Tower is an observatory tower and a department store called Sakura. Sakura is a Bruntonese chain of mid to high range department stores.
Uta Port Tower - Although called a Port Tower, it is actually no longer functioning. Tours of the tower are available twice a day.
The Causeway - Built as part of the Docklands Precinct urban renewal project, this causeway carries pedestrians and the elevated rail tracks. Walking along the causeway can be tiring for some people but it has spectacular views and especially at night.
Feathers Beach Park - The busiest amusement park in New Brunton, located in the southern suburb of Feathers Beach. Open everyday except Christmas Day from 9am-7pm.
Parc du Coeur - Heart Park or Parc du Coeur is a park located in the old French historical area, the park is very peaceful with all year long autumn leaves, take a break and enjoy the fresh air.

Transportation
Transportation is vital for a city of 5 million residents, there are many transportation options throughout the whole city. Heavy rail, elevated rail and buses are major public transportation systems in the city. Uta also has 2 airports, 1 international airport and 1 regional airport which has lots of flights to the New Darlington which is the largest city of New Brunton.
Uta Elevated Rail - When the Simlympics will be taking place in Uta, the new Ethan Wu and Mira Takima stations will be opened and extra trains will be running to and from Siwon Cheon and Thomas Ikayu stations which are all located in the new Simlympic Park.
Uta Simlympic Railway - The Uta Simlympic Park has 2 railway networks that operate in the area, Uta Elevated Rail's red loop passes through here and the Uta Railway company has made an underground railway loop which has been named Marathon Loop.
Soriya International Airport - The international gateway for Uta is located 28km's from the City Centre and offers heavy rail and bus connection to the city and the regional airport which is 49km's away.
Uta Airport - A regional airport located 10km's from the City Centre serves as a major airport as it brings in lots of passengers from other cities within New Brunton. An international terminal is currently under construction to help with passenger capacity of Soriya International Airport. Heavy rail connects the airport to the city and Soriya International Airport.
Simlympic River Railway Station - Previously known as King Towers Station is a railway station located near the Simlympic River and the closest railway station to the Docklands. The station is along the Airport Line and West Line of Azuka Railway.
Central Elevated Railway Station - The busiest elevated railway station in New Brunton, located in the City Centre and acts as a major transport station in the city.

Simlympic Venues
The venues in Uta will be located throughout the Greater Uta area, stadiums have already been built in the city and the new Uta Simlympic Park (UPS) will be complete in time for the games.

Simlympic River - A man-made river built in the UPS for some water events. The river is able to produce waves for rapids.
Media centres:
Hotels are located all over the City Centre of Uta, there are also a few luxurious hotels located near the UPS.
The Athlete Villages in Uta will have 3 locations, North Docklands, South Docklands and Western Uta.
