Road to Okashi | Torch Relay | (CURRENT) Day 14: New Chandler
NEW RHODESIA, WALES (OKT) - The torch was lit at the Simlympic Plaza in New Rhodesia, marking the beginning of the torch relay that would culminate in the Opening Ceremony in June 8.
The flame was ceremoniously lit by Okaiken Athletes Daisuke Kawashibara and Neguro Katagawa.

Road to Okashi | Torch Relay | Day 2: London
LONDON, NEW YORK (BBC New York) - The torch arrived at London today after traveling in the English Countryside Saturday. Mark Simons carried the torch from Bettersea Park to the Houses of Parliament. From there, Prime Minister Jordan Grattan ran to the corner of Farringdon and Pentonville and passed it to Mayor Boris Johnson. Bobby O. London ran the last leg of the torch to the O2 Arena.
OKASHI (OKT) - The OSC displayed the torch today for a limited viewing.

Road to Okashi | Torch Relay | Day 4: Kota Meriah & Kota Jatibeneng, Karasem
KOTA MERIAH, KARASEM (TV Jaya; OBS) - The torch has made its first rest stop today in Karasem's largest city, Kota Meriah. After the plane carrying the torch landed at the Kota Meriah Airport, the torch was carried through Jatibeneng, located just south of the capital. An unprecedented crowd gathered at the Jatibeneng Sports City to cheer Mayor Juan P. as he carried it in the park. The Sports City is the site of the 2012 AIN Games.
Jatibening is a city part of Kota Meriah Metropolitan Area, North Cikulon Province. It was part of Kab. Meriah until it's incoorporated in 1997 as a part of Kota Meriah Metropolitan Regional Division. It serves as one of the suburban area of Kota Meriah alongside with Kota Barat, Kota Karang, Cakung and Kelan. With it's population 1,679,860 it's the 4th largest city in Meriah-Muara Karang Metropolitan Area just below Kota Barat, Muara Karang and Kota Meriah.
After traveling through the Sports City, the torch relay continued north into Kota Meriah. Huge crowds gather at the path of the torch relay, which caused an hour delay of the Okashi 2013 Cauldron Lighting Event at Central Kota Meriah. Dion Larson, a known singer, carried the torch on a stretch of Kota Meriah. She then handed it over to the Mayor of Kota Meriah, Drs. Budi Darma. Upon Arriving at Central Kota Meriah, The Governor of North Cikulon Province, Slamet Yuda Setiawan, lighted the temporary cauldron.
KOTA MERIAH (TV Jaya; OBS) - Karasem girl group JKT48 had the honour of revealing and performing Okashi 2013's theme song "RIVER". The song was sung in Indonesian Language.

Road to Okashi | Torch Relay | Day 8: Queensland (+Special)
BRISBANE (OBS) - The torch made another stop at Queensland, site of the 23rd ISC Session, today. In Gold Coast, Warren Smith carried the torch along the Gold Coast Highway before handing it to another torchbearer.
The relay continued traveling by car to Brisbane, where Nathan Alberta carried the torch in front of the Kelly Dome, the site of the 23rd ISC Session. It is here that Okashi was awarded the Games of the XVIII Simlympiad.
OKASHI (OBS) - The USNW bank has released special bills commemorating the hosting of the games of the XVIII Simlympiad in Okashi. The seven bills contain venues for the upcoming Simlympics. (Kudos to Benedict/benedictx/ellisvalley for designing the bills, thank you so much )

LOWER COLUMBIA - The flame has made its last stop at Nyhaven before being sent to Adonia by a transmitter.
The torch made a stop on Ebenezer Square, where mayor Nathanael Fourier carried it on top of a boulder. Tons of confetti were released into the air to celebrate the final stop of the Okashi 2013 flame.
The relay continued towards the Royal Square, the last stop of the Okashi 2013 Simlympic flame on Earth. Will Nygaard, one of Nyhaven's most famous hockey players, ignited the cauldron at the centre of the stage, triggering the transmission of the Simlympic Flame to New Chandler. The transmission was received in Doherty at 1:00 pm Doherty Time
From New Chandler, the flame will be carried to Abbasid, then across the Euphemian Continent before the Opening Ceremony.

The flame was then carried in the Doherty suburbs, where masses of people line up the streets to see the flame. Finally, the torch was then carried away from the city to the direction of New Chandler's capital. It will arrive in Abbasid on May 30.
