"Parties, whether official or not (with the exception of the Okaiken Delegation) can bring up to 4 members only" unless allowed by the OOCOC. Parties having more than 4 members will be moved to the normal bowl seating chart (100-219; 231-299)

The VIP Area is generally reserved to Invited Guests, Members of the ISC, Contest Winners, Business Leaders and Heads of State. Other guests would be required to pay Ticket + 25% Regulation Fee.
