Finally another bidder. It's getting boring just to bid all alone.

I think there will be more bidders, but in March. The same thing happened in December. Most of the bids come late.

The reason I like this bid, I like the set up of the green more it's very spread out it's very open and realistic I think the landscaping can be improved but its a very good base. I love the flags on the equestrian stadium and how the equestrian stadium basically blends in to the surrounding area truth be told I thought that was kinda cool.
I also liked how the baseball stadium had "olympic stadium" and the flags again a very nice touch that adds for a personalized touch on the stadiums. I look forward to seeing more of this bid

+1 on dljr's comments. Really impressive bid you have yourself here Nate. One suggestion though, the huge areas of green are nice and certainly realistic, but they look a tad plain just being grass - any plans to add some shrubbery or ponds? That kind of thing would be nice I think.

Yeah ive been looking on the STEX for trees and stuff to help bump up the area.. Ill take you ideas and see what i can do!

nice bid nate, but one thing I see is essentially lacking is pictures of escambia, all is saw were the proposed venues.
