La Force de Montagne de vélo-Formed in 1943 This unit utilizes Mounatin Bikes and acts as an advanced Elite Scout team.The Unit Utilizes Mountain bikes and trails to scout rural areas rather quietly but switfly.they also specialize in Counter terror tactics within small towns.The unit was de-activated in 1998.it's makeup is a mix of Marceau and Rorysville Special Forces Troops who are fluent in french and can bike increadable distances.
L'Unité d'Assult de Montagne-This is Marceau's Answer to the US's Green Beret's or Rorysville's SPECTCOR.Formed in 1910 this unit has pulled off many successfull Comando style raids.Their tactics can be brutal at times but they've always been efficent and prescise.
SPECTACOR-Short for Special Tactical Corps.Formed in 1908 from the roots of the old Riflemen Units(aka Assasins). The SPECTACOR Forces have been involved in every major Conflict since their inception tehy have also been involved in conflicts abroad on the behalf of other nations their Naval Counterpart is known as Special Naval Squad.The SPECTACOR is specialized in Counter Terror, Scouting/Re-Con ,and Diversionary Warfare

Word's comming out of the Lacroix Islands that the top 2 officials in Force de Renescance have been captured alive. These 2 were instramental in the attack on President McNall and Gov. Gen. Lourochelle.They will be held at the Military island penitentary until their trial.The Government is seeking the Death penalty for Treason,and Crimes against the State.the full charge list will be released tomorrow. With the Arrests the likely hood of any resistance from FR is small.

Hello Countrymen,
I am here today in front of you after saying goodbye to our friend Jean Lourochelle.I am touched by the nations who offered their support in our time of need you are truely great allys.I am also however severly disappointed with the inetrnational community. Countless times Rorysville has lent a hand, has seen your events unfold on our own News networks. But when it happens to us you turn a blind eye and completly ignore an act of terror on a nation who may have helped you in the past. Well this has shown us as a Nation who our Allys are and who we will lend hands to in the Future. The Rorysville Military did a great job with the apprehentionsof those individulas involved in the attacks.But I must warn you all this is not an end but a continuation of the War on terror as well as a continuation of the war against seperatism. life will return to normal here in the Nation I've ordered the airports back to their pre-attack status and the re-call of Reservists and passes has been rescinded.I have also ordered a Moment of silence before August 3rd's Challenge Sheild Opener between Marceau and Northlands.Thank you and good night.

alright i describbed the largest footy tournament in the nation known as the Challege Sheild. Well the 4 States that didn't qualify for the Shield compete in a tournament in mid July known as the Union Shield.

Inverness one of the Original States in the nation.The State has had a great Challenge Sheild History and has supplied some of the geratest Players to the National program. A 9 time Champion of the Shield(1975,1976,1977,1978,1979,1993,1994,2000,2003) Inverness also has been to the Shield final 13 Times(1975,1976,1977,1978, 1979,1981,1987,1988,1993,1994,1999,2000,2003). Inverness has also served as the host of the Shield 5 times(1976,1978,1991,2001, 2006).

This Years Club however was very young and inexperienced. It showed on the field as they were only able to win 1 game all year. With the core of young players inverness looks to build to the future.

Ste.Pierre is the Northern Most Portion of the country and the second newest State. Their Shield History has been a hit or miss one with marceau Stealing some of their best players in the 60's and 70's. The Once Territory now State is this Years Host of the Challenge Shield they've never hosted it before. They've won the shield once in 1966 and have been to the finals twice(1966,2005). their all time top 3 scorers
1-A.Settoux(1954-1966)-32 Goals
2-A.Theodore(2000-Current)-28 Goals
3-J.Akuaqsuq(2004-Current)-23 Goals

Qualifier Cup-Started in 1985 The teams run through the qualification tournament with the pool champions playing each other for the Qualifier Cup
Dominion Challenge-The Dominion Challenge was Marceau's Answer to the Shield it ran from 1958 till 1968 and featured all the territories with ties to Marceau.
Territorial Games Tournament-Tournament ran from 1972 till 1984.Battled between the Territories for Territorial Supremacy.
Union Shield-Started in 2007 this tournament features the 4 teams who did not qualify for the Challenge Shield.

#1-Inverness-Inverness has won the Qualifier Cup 4 Times(1993,1994,1995,1996) And has reached the Finals 4 Times(1993,1994,1995,1996). Inverness has also won the Union Shield once(2008) as well as appering in the finals once(2008).
#2-Ste.Pierre -Ste.Pierre's other Tournament History Includes hosting the 2008 Union Shield.Ste.Pierre won the Dominion Challenge 3 Times(1959,1961,1966),and appeared in the Challenge Finals 6 Times(1954,1956,1959,1961,1966,1967).Ste.Pierre made 6 Apperances in the Territorial Games finals(1973,1975,1977,1979, 1980,1981) Winning it in 1973 and 1981.Ste.Pierre's has made 5 Apperances in the Qualifier Cup final(1996,1998,2000,2004,2006) having won it in 1998.

Polaris is one of the Founding States.It's shield history has been a relativly rough one.Polaris has hosted the Shield 3 Times(1980,1989,1997) Polaris has also made 6 Apperances in the Shield Final winning it in(1986,1987,1988,2001).With 4 Apperances in the Qualifier Cup Finals(1986,1987,1988,1989) they managed to walk away with the Qualifier Cup 3 times(1986,1987,1988).Polaris will host next Years Challange Shield.
