Monash Bid For December Simlympics

The unsuccessful applicant city of Monash that lost out, unsurprisingly, in August is going to launch a new, revitalised and full bid. This time I shall actually finish off the bid. More to come, soon.

Here is a photo of Eastport Financial District which was a former heavy industry port but has been reclaimed and rebuilt into a glittering modernist and capitalist heaven.

Simlympic Stadium to the left with the secondary cluster including Monash Stadium(soccer/rugby), Curtain Arena(indoor events) and baseball and smaller soccer venue

Completed swimming and tennis centre. Hughes Arena to the left may be moved to make way for plaza and ferry terminal

Just a brief overview of the city. Highway system links all the major areas of the city including Simlympic zones

Some good shots there, definitely an improvement on the last bid. Good luck .

I still thinks it requires additional work in my opinion. Some use of LE would greatly improve the look of the arenas/stadiums and the areas around them.

The city itself is rather Maxis and lacks much custom content. I would suggest improving that in addition to a water mod.
