To be honest, you're no where near ready. First off.

Secondly, if you are even active enough to request membership, you ought to at least know the key players in AIN. Sky Guy is a great contributor to the Union, and his nation deserves to be treated with respect.

Liberator, I am a bit of a topic nazi, this is better matter for a thread at AIN. Although I can certainly condemn this thread with Liberator. I am especially disappointed at Kirk for writing this, which totally bashes Sky guy and Bangorai'

Again, I am not as mad with Wacky as I am Kirk, however, this could still hurt Wacky's AIN application. Last but not least, I really encourage a site admin to lock this thread up. This could get ugly or off topic pretty soon, I feel.

As the President of AIN i am extremely displeased with your guys actions. Your attacking a member of our union with out consent from that member. In our union it is rule that you have to have consent to attack another AIN nation. So please change your roleplaying and not attack one of our nations

This is not just an AIN thing Nate. For an example, someone who I know pretty well and have followed since the beginning of his first journal is TekindusT. Even though I know him well on Simtropolis (and on SimSports, although he certainly isn't as active here) it would still be beyond mean to bash his nation (Barnanova, for those wondering) without working it out with him, provoking others to bash him, and continuing to do so until two admins from around the community try to shut it down. EDIT: Kirk did NOT have permission from Sky Guy, creator of Bangorai', to use his nation or likenesses of his nation. Kirk also fabricated quotes which were not taken from Sky Guy. This is some pretty serious stuff we're dealing with

Hey thank you everyone form AIN. I had no idea this was going on until like 5 minutes ago. I did not give any permission for my nation to be used.

However, as it appears to be a misunderstanding, I'm willing to let bygones be bygones.

If you would go through and change the names, (and or) lock this thread that would be great.

I apoligize sky guy, I was unaware until it was brought on page two, I had simply figured that it was kirkmalton's nation. I am sorry that I took part in this.

But I don't think I will lock it right now. All the stuff you're getting up in arms about was written before wacky et al realised that Bangorai' was someone's actual country, so I'm going to give Kirk a chance to go back and fix that. The rest of you have all said your piece, so there shouldn't be any need to reply again until Kirk gets here.
If references to Bangorai' aren't removed in a reasonable timeframe, or some other solution involving Sky Guy doesn't eventuate, I'll bin it.

And in general, if you're doing a scenario that involves other countries, either make up your own countries, or get permission before you use someone else's. If you don't, they'll probably come down on you like a ton of bricks (as above) before my space fleet wipes you out from orbit.*

* Its bigger than your fleet - how do I know? I'll invent it specifically.

I just saw the whole story and this thread. I, Blakeway, condemn this thread. After all, this is a attempt at the reputation... Even if you "change" [change is in "" since you haven't change all the 'Bangorai' ' for 'Iraqi'] the names, it's still obviously sad to attack Iraq as it is already under USA control... Before role-playing with other countries, always get informations and permission of that country. I understand that this is a mistake in a way... I'd like to listen to 'Kirk' who hasn't yet commented... We are all waiting.

This has nothing against you anymore Wacky, we have seen your apologies. We are waiting for kirk to reply. I think we scared him away though, which is unfortunate. Hopefully he knows what bad he did.

Kirk, come back and do the right thing and apologies, like me, Geoff, Nate, and Julien (blakeway) have asked you to do. We are very mad at you if you haven't noticed already.
