Avenida Vista, along with Predeccia, is a simlympic city for the Chihiro bid. The city has been growing steadily with a population of 400,000. It is the country's second largest business center, after Chihiro. Avenida Vista is considered as the cultural capital of the country, because after all, the city served as Petrova's capital before Chihiro was the official seat of the country.

Simlympic City: Predeccia

Predeccia is Petrova's fourth largest city (after Chihiro, Avenida Vista and Brytyavska), and is a simlympic city. The city is known as the industrial capital of the country because it was the first city to have factories in Petrova. The city is only 30 minutes away from Avenida Vista and is situated along the central mountains. Predeccia was chosen to be a simlympic city because of its famous Mt.Predecc and in hopes of boosting the city's tourism.

And a little explanation with the Chihiro Olympic Complex: You're all probably wondering why its still crap. Well as said above, the complex is in phase 4 out of 6. It will eventually get more spacious and greener. The sand stadium will be upgraded too. So just please hold on, I'll probably post phase five and hopefully 6 tomorrow. I have to go to the doctor's today, so I can't be around much, unless I'm on my iTouch.

And as for the proposed athletics centres in Avenida Vista and Predeccia, the government decided to not build a complex until Chihiro is chosen. Plus there's only about two or three venues to be built in these two athletics centers.
