This is simply put a place for us to discuss all things hockey(non STHL wise....but If you want to talk about the STHL or D2 go ahead!) whether it's NHL,AHL,ECHL,CHL,OHL,QMJHL,WHL,College,High School,Beer League etc... let's get the puck dropped and talk some hockey!

another season down the drains for my Leafs(I can hera the chants of GOLF LEAFS GOLF already) so who's left for me well I do like Montreal and Edmonton from my childhood days and have always considered them 2nd and 3rd favorites so I'll pull for the Habs in the cup chase.

even though no one has posted here since october 2008, how do you guys think the Blues will do in the 09 2010 season?

personally I think they will have a better chance of going further into the playoffs, especially with Johnson on blue line again

in all honesty at this point i'm waiting for the uFA period to see what teams do what before i even think about next season

hmm the blues drafted three defensemen, they don't need defensemen, with Johnson returning, probably they can use them later, as for free agents they need to sign a goalie, as Mason can't play the whole season. good news is we resigned Tkachuk.

lol, well some fans in Montreal are idiots... they overeacted the change of Halak. C'mon, ok he did well in the playoffs, but well, he's not the Upcoming Goalie Star! I don't like Price, even if he'll be our goalie, but well, we need to deal with that and don't be frustrade With the Blues, I'm not sure Halak will be as good as in Montreal with the last playoffs, sorry Mayorm GO HABS GO! Actually (and this is fact, not opinion) the blues sucked because Andy Murray had the blues dump the puck into the zone and chase it down, which didn't allow for much offense. In fact if we would have brought in Coach Paine 1 month earlier than we did, NHL network said we would have made the playoffs.

Also some minor league hockey news: the CHL (Central Hockey League) and the IHL (International Hockey League) are merging and will operate under the CHL name.
