USSR was a Socialist, Communist means that everyone is the same and there is no need for government, not the case with the USSR, it was Marxist which is a type of Socialist country.

Yes your right the USSR was socialist's republic, but had the ideal's of Communism, no country has used Karl marx's ideal of communism fully.
also, communism was the force behind stalin (lead of the USSR at the time)
and everybody was talking communist about the ideals of communism (equality)
so stalin (stalin was most certainly NOT A COMMUNIST) said they were communist to shut everybody up and stay in power
hence the hammer and sickle on the flag,

In this case novland isnt like the USSR, more like Socialist germany, because they were honest about them being a dictatorship ect.
i hate to rant about this stuff,
just didnt want to sound like an idiot Wink
