Sypogen | Joint-bid for the August 2010 Games

I like the map, looks like August may be an exceptional bidding season this time around. Question... what is the difference between the red and the yellow lines on the map? and what are the orange blocks?

Btw, due to limitation issues, the map and the real model of Sypogen have changed dramatically, notably the absence of the bridges to Port Jaffna and Moren City, shape of the Main Stadium and location of several Olympic Venues.

Red = Expressways
Yellow = Arterial Roads
Orange Block = Old location of 3 clusters of the Olympic Village
