Ok. There are some major changes.
1) Rafforsia and West Borneo is now a dependency of Fornax Republic
2) Here is the priority list: Fornax Republic, Rafforsia, West Borneo. This means that Fornax Republic will be the main nation, followed by Rafforsia, then West Borneo.
3) Rafforsia official name and West Borneo official name will not be change.
4) Rafforsia will remain as a member of COFR; West Borneo will remain as a unionless nation.

Rafforsia will remain in COFR unless otherwise.

I have modified Lower Columbia's flag, though not drastically. The cross is narrower and there are different shades of yellow and blue. Here's the new version:
