Okay, anyone that's unhappy with their banner or would like a new one just send me a PM. Without flags or such, it's quite hard to come up with new banners (My creativity only stretches so far after 100 odd banners ).

So what's your policy on small neighbouring nations, Slacker? My nation of Æscgeard will sign up eventually, but the backstory includes half a dozen neighbouring nations, which I'd like to sign up too. You don't have to worry about me hogging all the medals with 6 extra nations - only one would be considered a medal 'threat', while the others would be stoked with one of two tops. Sort of like two proper nations and a group of field-fillers.

PS. I'm happy to help anyone out with flag designs too.

That should be fine . The new system we have which calculates medal winners will enable that to work perfectly too, at it's heart it's a point system - so the 2 main nations could get the same amount of points as everyone else and the smaller nations will simply get less points to assign. Alternatively, all the nations could compete as a sort of Union, kinda like how the UK competes in the Olympics. But I understand if that doesn't fit in with the history, so the first plan would be fine .

I'm looking forward to seeing more about Æscgeard, from what I've seen so far it's a really interesting SC Nation .

Well the name was derived from the Irish name for the Picts. That should give away some of the nature of Cruithness and the Cruithenes

Well, since we are entering dependencies and such, here is the intro on Ainkien's dependency, the Commonwealth of the Nalsa Islands. The flag is in the upper right corner. In this sense, "Ainkien Union" describes the relationship between Ainkien and the Nalsa Islands. It's really not like a CJ union.

I'll be adding information about the Nalsas to my CJ later on this fall.
