Re: Quad Cities 2010
Transportation and Safety
Transportation is excellent in the Quad Cities. QCTA (Quad Cities Transportation Authority) has many bus routes, and metro rail lines that go to and from or near all the venues that would host an event. Many Highways also connect the different cities, and most pass by many of the venues hosting events. Amtrak trains also run from city to city and stop at many other stations in the area. Port Charlotte International Airport would handle all flights in and out of the Quad Cities. Other regional airports in the area would also accept international flights during the games.
Above is a picture of QCTA trains in an industrial area.
All QCTA metro rail stations have armed security guards on duty at all times. All venues are located in safe areas and are near police stations. The different cities would have thier police forces at all the venues in the area, that are hosting events.
