Nikaia bid to host the next ISC Session

Nikaia has a population of 2.5 million people. it is the Gate of Dimland and is one of the most strategically positioned cities. Also is the convention center of Dimland which means that hotel services are great and the number of choices countless. Definitely a great city for the next ISC session.

slacker: the convention centre is the one in "la defence" i don't remember its name.
