Just a quick update to say we're pushing the ISC session forward a day to the 14th, due to scheduling conflicts.

We're going to keep bidding open right up until the session, but I would heavily advise bidders to make any changes to their bids by tomorrow evening as the ISC members which are unable to make it to the actual session will be sending me their vote by PM from then on.
