14th ISC Session - Victoria, Commonwealth of Venray

First of all, thank you to Victoria for stepping in at the last moment to host the 14th ISC Session. You've done a fantastic job and the ISC have thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful city.

Now, onto the main event. We sat down tonight, faced with 7 bids of the highest calibre; a choice had to be made, but it was by no means easy. I'd like to start by thanking each of the bidders, you are truly the life blood of the Simlympics, if we had no bidders we would have no games. Unfortunately, 6 of you will leave without the rights to host the Simlympics, but we hope you aren't too disheartened and will perhaps consider bidding again in the future, as I know all of you are more than capable of hosting the world's biggest sporting event. Moreover, we have a consolation prize for each of you; hosting a qualification tournament during the build up to the XII Simlympics, more details will be announced later today.

With that, I would like to thank the ISC for attending this 14th ISC Session and it is my pleasure to announce that the host of the games of the 12th Simlympiad are awarded to the city of....
