Do you have a snow mod? If you don't have one you probably won't have a chance; after all, this is a winter simlypic you are talking about Again though, you have plenty of time to find a good one.

The Lake Newport Mountains, covered in snow. Linktoria always has lots of snow in the winter.

I'd suggest using PEG's snow mod as it is one of the best out there and remeber when you don't want snow to remove it from your plug-ins

I used PEG snow mod 2 and I dropped my August bid.

BUT................ Lake Newport will bid for an ISC session.

you need to start looking at the dependancies when downloading otherwise your lots will never improve

a dependancy will give you all the extras you need for a lot to work properly

my my, don't use ServImg to upload your pics and minimize the menu!

Terraform the college so it won't look like a plateau and some bizzare roads

actually servimg isn't that bad blakeway I use it for all mine it isn't bad on my pics I think the issue is he edited in MSPaint

and wacky one more tip for ya I've been forgetting

if you go under the sims menu there on the menus there is an option to stop displaying the U-Drive it mission icons all over your city. I'd highly suggest shutting that off as well as minimizing your menu all together when snapping a pic it'll improve it alot
