16th ISC session - Perth Andover
I'd like to start by welcoming all of you to beautiful Perth-Andover, were tonight the host of the 3rd Winter Simylmpic Games will be announced. Each member of the ISC has voted for there favorite bid. The voting was done over a number of rounds, with the bid with the least number of votes being eliminated each round until only one bid remained. That bid would be awarded the rights of hosting the 3rd Winter Simlympiad.
The ISC session is being broadcasted live all all major networks in Venray both English and French, and of course all over the world.

Re: 16th ISC session - Perth Andover
First of all, thank you to Perth-Andover for stepping in at the last moment to host the 16th ISC Session. You've done a fantastic job and the ISC have thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful city.
The ISC have evaluated each bid presented to us, and was impressed by the quality of the bids and we congratulate all of the bidders for the Third Winter Simlympiad, who truly are the life blood of the Simlympics. We know how much work is put into bidding and appreciate the effort. We hope you gained from the experience and enjoyed bidding, even though there can only be one winner from many great bids.
When each bid is of such a high quality it makes the task of deciding a host very difficult for us. However, we have reached a decision, and it is my eternal pleasure to announce that the Games of the Third Winter Simlympiad will be held in the city of....
Congratulations! We all look forward to an incredible Simlympics, hosted by an incredible city!
I'd also like to take this opportunity to recognise the unsuccessful bidders. I can only imagine how hard it must be to come this close to hosting the games, but please don't be too downhearted - we encourage you to work to improve your cities and to bid again in the future.
Once again, congratulations to all and to all a good night!

Holy hell!!!!!!!!!!!! I honestly wasn't sure if I could pull it off again and I did. Thanks to all and be ready the Slopes of the 5 Valleys are teaming with life and Ste.Pierre will live up to the greatness that York gave us.
To the other bidders you did a great job as well coming from someone who has been on both sides of this as a Bidder(lost more than I've won) Take your losses and improve apon a great bid. Look at what the bid that won did and try and find a way to emulate and improve in that likeness I hope to see you guys bid and host as well soon!

Congratulations! I've read the whole bid and don't have a doubt you're going to organise an excellent Simlympics.
