Well what else do you expect him to post? I reckon just about every bid will have something similar. Are you going to accuse them all of plagiarism?

Actually, I would not go a-complaining if that thing was blatantly copied from the other bid. As I looked on old Comments threads from past Simlympics, All it was is a simple description and a post:

Every bid comments thread in history has said "Please leave your comments, opinions, critiques here" at the top. So far nobody has claimed IP on that phrase, or variations of it, because how can you? If you could, noone would be able to talk without being sued.
The only 'new' thing you can claim is posting a video in your comments thread, because images and slogans have been done for years. However, you are not the first person to post a video here, and it is of no consequence to your bid because it is outside of the bid thread and thus won't be considered. Besides, I hardly think you can claim some sort of copyright on a standard piece of forum formatting!
If you have something you desperately don't want other people to copy, then post it in your bid on the 5th of May and not a minute sooner.

As it stands, he didn't copy your image, or your video, or your words. I don't see a problem.

Hmmm Pongastorn did add something at around 3:30 today, so problem solved
