XIX Simlympiad - Information for Bidders
Bidding is open as of now, and closes at 00:00 GMT, Monday 2 September 2013. No info can be added to your bid after this date. The ISC Session, where the host is decided, will be held in mid September.
To make it easier to view the contents of your bid we ask that when you post your bid you post two threads:
This way, everyone can see your bid clearly. You're more than welcome to post in the comments thread to let everyone know you've updated your bid, but please keep the bid thread strictly for bid details.
Your bid will be evaulated on what you post in your bid thread only. Note that this prohibits external material, such as bid websites, from consideration. This is simply due to the fact we cannot enforce the bid deadline off-site. Sorry.
For information on how to bid for the Simlympics, please visit this thread.
Thanks,
- The ISC

Just to clarify, does that mean the PDF bid books, such as my previous bid, Paranor Island's bid, etc., fall into the external material category now?Joe 90 wrote:Your bid will be evaulated on what you post in your bid thread only. Not if you post it in the bid thread.
PDFs are pretty good, since they aren't meant to be edited in the first place.
