Due to a devastating flood that struct after the barrier wall was destroyed during a massive terrorist attack, the city is now in ruins and as such will be unable to host the Simlympics. Further details will be made available on the disaster.

Melbourne, your City is beuatiful. I myself have considered doing a canal city as apart of my region.

I can strongly suggest not to do a canal city, at least not without the lots from STEX. Doing it with God Mode was a pain and making a region was impossible and it was also a major headache for traffic flow, bridges and subways.
