OK, I've updated the Ęscgearding national coat of arms to make it more representative than the old one:
Quartered by a cross pattée argent fimbrated or, I gules three seaxes fesswise in pale proper (for Ęsccynn); II azure a cross flory or (for Middansętna); III quartered gules and azure four roundels argent in lozenge (for the Sicambri); IV paly or and gules (for Noršengria); overall an escutcheon gules, in the chief two coronets or, in the base a wyvern or (for the Royal House of Ęsc).
Bonus points if you can reproduce it before I post a picture!

Re: Miclian Aržura | Greater Arthuria
I've just realised that for all the flags I've done for you guys, I haven't shown you all of Ęscgeard's! There are quite a lot of them, so this is going to have to be in serial format - so stay tuned
National Flags & Ensigns:
National Flag & Civil Ensign
The national flag of Ęscgeard features the gold wyvern on red, a symbol of the ruling House of Ęsc, together with a red crusader cross awarded by the Pope for participation in the the Crusades. It can be flown pretty much anywhere by anyone, and is also the flag of the merchant marine.
State Flag & Ensign
The state flag is derived from the coat of arms, and features the symbols of the four constituent regions of Ęscgeard, a variation of the crusader cross, and the badge of the House of Ęsc. It is flown from government buildings, from royal palaces when the King is in residence, and from royal or government ships.
War Flag
St. Cerdic's Flag is also the war flag of Ęscgeard, and is restricted to use by the army (a gold saltire on red is also accepted as representing St. Cerdic, which can be flown by the general populace). The flag is also flown from government buildings when the country is in a state of war.
Naval Ensign
The naval ensign is restricted to use by King's Navy ships and buildings of the Admiralty.
Air Force Ensign & Roundel
The ensign is flown from Air Force establishments, and the roundel identifies Air Force planes.

Those are absolutely phenomenal graphics Joe and descriptive information bits. It's really nice to see a city journaler take care of every last detail, you don't see as much of that anymore nice work!

Also got the blazon for my coat of arms fully done:
The escutcheon is quartered by a cross pattée argent fimbrated or, gules three seaxes fesswise in pale proper; azure a cross flory or; quartered gules and azure four roundels argent in lozenge; paly or and gules; overall an escutcheon gules, in the chief two coronets or, in the base a wyvern or; surmounted by the Sigor Cynehelm. The escutcheon is surrounded first by the chain of the Order of Saint Michael and then by the chain of the Order of Saint Cerdic, together known as the Cynelic Hįda, flanked by the medallions of the Order of Wihthelm and Order of Saint Mary. The supporters are two angels, acting as heralds to St. Cerdic, carrying a standard with the arms of St. Cerdic, and wearing a tabard with the same arms, standing on puffs of cloud. Above is a pavilion armoyé with the Sigor Cynehelm. From it is a royal red mantle with a semis of crosses argent. The motto "FORŽRYNE TÓ WULDOR" ("Onward to Glory") is written in white on a red ribbon.

Province of Emnet Heįfodstól (Capital): Ašerton Wyllas Population: 551,000 Area (km²): 7,485 Emnet was originally an outpost of the Iutes, the majority of whom settled in Sębeorg, but the petty-kingdom quickly came under siege from Noršengria, and was finally absorbed into Middansętna. The flag shows the blue sky and green earth under the bright sun, indicative of Old Emnet, which was much larger than the current province. |

Province of Landracan Heįfodstól (Capital): Carabelin Population: 1,431,000 Area (km²): 10,844 Landracan has been a source of conflict for centuries. First the Cimbric Dęccans ousted the native Arthish tribes, later the Arthish Sicambri returned and destroyed Dęcca. The descendents of the Sicambri and Dęccans haven't really seen eye-to-eye since. The flag acknowledges this by displaying the red Sicambrian and white Dęccan dragons together. |

Province of Mathrafal Heįfodstól (Capital): Callevan Population: 2,744,000 Area (km²): 9,459 Mathrafal is a province with a strong Arthish flavour, retained as the Ęscings absorbed the area over the years, rather than conquered it outright. The flag is the historic Lion Banner of Mathrafal, which dates back to the 14th century. |

Province of Meirchion Heįfodstól (Capital): Nathraichan Population: 645,000 Area (km²): 4,380 Originally part of the Sicambrian Federation, tribal differences eventually drove the Meirchii and Sicambri apart, forming a very handy buffer between the Sicambri and the Cimbric nations in the south. The black and white flag invokes St. Rihan, patron saint of the Meirchii, with the four orbs common to many of the East Arthish scķra. |

Province of Middansętna Heįfodstól (Capital): Silceaster Population: 4,563,000 Area (km²): 31,688 Middansętna long contested the dominance of southern Arthuria with Ęsccynn, and was the greater part of the kingdom when the two were joined in personal union in 1029. Province of Noršanweard Heįfodstól (Capital): Axmynster Population: 5,521,000 Area (km²): 40,073 The northernmost properly Cimbric region, Noršanweard's precursor petty-kingdom, Noršengria, spent much of its history fighting off Curths from the north, Arthins from the west, and Varings from the east, and in their spare time they repeatedly invaded southern neighbours Emnet. Eventually the southern kingdoms had enough, and Middansętna conquered the land in 905 to stop the Varings from taking it first. The red and gold stripes of the flag date back to the early Noršengrian battle flags. |

Province of Sębeorg Heįfodstól (Capital): Eanceaster Population: 5,130,000 Area (km²): 25,754 Being the closest part of Ęscgeard to Europe, Sębeorg has always been the focal point of invasion plans, right from the first Cimbrians in 440 to WWII. The flag is representative of the invasion-prone location, displaying three towers for the three main fortresses at Trahaearn, Kircary, and Gewis, on a red field, indicative of Sębeorg's long status as a sub-kingdom of Ęsccynn. |

Province of Seaxwealdan Heįfodstól (Capital): Witanceaster Population: 1,347,000 Area (km²): 182 The Seaxwealdan came into being in 1351 when the capital of the newly united Kingdom of Ęscgeard was moved to Witanceaster. Even so, the Kingslands remained poorly defined until being constituted as a formal Province on the kingdom's 500th anniversary in 1851. The flag is quartered in the red and blue of Ęsccynn and Middansętna, the two petty-kingdoms that formed modern Ęscgeard, with three seaxes representing the city's three main eras - roman Troiianum, arthish Caertroia, and cimbric Mereburg/Witanceaster. |
